RUNNING TIME: Approximately 31:35
One of a few variations of this album, the cover of this release features an image of Mister Rogers with Francois Clemmons and Yoshi Ito.
I'm Angry and
Walking Giraffe are both performed by Francois Clemmons. Following these two tracks, Mister Rogers introduces a short time of make-believe with the track titled
Pretending: "Mr. Clemmons and Yoshi Ito are coming to sing for the king, but Lady Elaine Fairchilde has a pet giraffe." Make-believe continues onto Side 2 until Mister Rogers returns with
My Oldest Toy.
Ch'n Ch'n is a Japanese song about a sparrow performed by Yoshi Ito followed by another song,
The Truth Will Make Me Free, performed by Francois Clemmons. The album concludes with a fun, interactive version of
Come On and Wake Up where the listener is encouraged to insert the name of their choosing.

The song, "Come on and Wake Up" really sounds familiar to me, but scouring my memory, I can't remember it being used recently. Do you know, Tim, if it pops up in any of the currently broadcast episodes?
Not that I've seen. The only time I ever remember hearing that song is on this album. I'd be curious, as well, to know if it ever appeared on an episode...
Can you post the audio for this, huh, pretty pleeeze? (or, at least, just "I'm Angry"?
You're doing a great job here, keep it up!
Mr. Fab...click on the "contact" link at the top and drop me an email.
I just heard the tune "Come on and Wake up" pop up on an episode the other day but I can't for the life of me remember which one. Someone in make believe was asleep though and Johnny Costa played a snippet of it. The more of these old albums I hear, the more I notice songs, not heard on the show for years and years, cropping up just as quick underscore.
I'm trying hard to track down an audio of the song "Come On and Wake Up"
I used to play it before every morning radio show I did in college.
If anyone knows, I'm at unfunnyjosh / at / gmail / .com
Wow, that's something-- I did too. And we both happened to think of this song now. I worked at WPGC in Washington, DC in the 1980's, and I played it in the mornings.
