Tim can probably provide more info, but here's what I know. She was in the very early episodes, including the first, playing Barbara Russelite, one of Fred's neighbors who had a collection of lampshades, which she would wear on her head. She also provided the voice for the puppet, Mrs. Dinglboarder in later episodes of the Neighborhood, and I want to say Betty Okanak Templeton-Jones also, though I couldn't find any confirmation for that last one.
