This month marks the 43rd year that Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood will be part of the PBS schedule when specially selected episodes will once again be part of the Saturday morning PBSKids lineup. Even more favorite neighborhood episodes will be available this season, when PBS adds an additional 26 episodes to last season's 26 selections.

It was nice to hear this piece on Joe Negri. I hope FCI knows that he and the rest of the live cast were just as memorable and important to those that grew up on the show as the puppet characters. It's a shame they aren't showcased more. Specifically I thought that the live neighbors' absence from "Fred Rogers: America's Favorite Neighbor" was absolutely mind boggling.
