This was kind of a turning point in the show, when the yellow/brown walls changed to blue. I guess it kind of symbolizes the show changing into the more modern era. The color of the blue on the walls would change many times, even becoming very bright, light blue from the late 90s until the series ended in 2001..But after this episode, the tv house never went brown again!
