Just yesterday, Shawn from
Branded in the 80's shared some information about a vintage magazine called
Maniac. Among the handful of images that he posted, one quickly caught my eye.
Right off the bat, on page 2 of the magazine's premiere issue, the question is asked:
Who's a Maniac? Keeping in mind that this magazine was published in 1984, it is no surprise to find that Eddie Murphy and Mr. T are indeed maniacs while Charlie Brown and Mister Rogers are not.
Sure this is a very random reference to
Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, but for those of you who grew up in the 80's like I did, I thought you'd enjoy this post as well as Shawn's other fun trips down memory lane. If you've got the time, I highly recommend checking out
