In the bathroom, Mister Rogers runs a sink full of water and thoroughly washes his hands. As he watches the water drain from the sink, Mister Rogers reminds viewers that only water and bubbles, not people, can go down the drain as he sings You Can Never Go Down the Drain.
Returning to the collection of gloves, Mister Rogers shows the various styles and describes what each pair might be used for. Officer Clemmons stops by to pick up the pair of purple gloves he has loaned to Mister Rogers.
In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri and Lady Elaine Fairchilde are measuring various parts of the castle in preparation for a wedding gift for King Friday and Sara Saturday.
Officer Clemmons arrives and is informed by King Friday that the police department will be responsible for delivering invitations to the wedding: "Notify everyone in the world that everyone is invited to the wedding of King Friday XIII and Queen Sara Friday Saturday." King Friday declares two rules for coming to the wedding -- everyone must take a bath and everyone must wear a pair of purple gloves.
At the tree, Henrietta Pussycat has heard King Friday's rules and offers to make purple gloves for X the Owl. Meanwhile, Grandpere sings J'aime prendre un bain as he learns of the wedding requirements from Officer Clemmons.
Back at the house, Mister Rogers sings the English translation of J'aime prendre un bain before Officer Clemmons returns. Mister Rogers shares that he will wear make-believe purple gloves for the make-believe wedding.

What's that thing on the Eiffel Tower in the 4 to last screenshot?
Good question. I'm still trying to figure that out myself!
I thought it was all the requirements for the royal wedding.
Although it looks like a long piece of paper, it's actually more like a slide. It's been there for the past few episodes which feature the Tower. Still not quite sure what it is though.
