In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri and Lady Elaine Fairchilde are prepared to give their much-anticipated wedding gifts to the royal couple. Awaiting their arrival, King Friday and Sara Saturday share a moment together expressing their love for one another.
Handyman Negri and Lady Elaine arrive at the castle and begin following their gift-giving formula created by Lady Elaine. Handyman Negri begins by playing Brahms' symphony on his guitar before Lady Elaine uses her boomerang and her complicated formula to change the old castle into a new larger one. King Friday is very impressed with the gift and offers his heartfelt appreciation to Lady Elaine before retiring to the C Room to celebrate.
Back at the house, Mister Rogers talks about how building takes materials, tools, and effort as he returns to the porch and sings You've Got To Do It. Mr. McFeely stops by with a wheelbarrow which he uses to pick up his blocks.

What kind of effect did they use for the Castle transformation?
After the drawn-out process of following Lady Elaine's formula (which included Handyman Negri playing Brahms on his guitar, turning around a few times, and everyone counting to 13) the transformation was pretty simple. Just a slow fade from the old to the new with everyone pretty much in the same place on the screen.
