Mister Rogers arrives with an empty bottle which he has borrowed from a neighbor. He takes it to the kitchen where he has several other bottles on the table. With each bottle filled with different amounts of fruit juice, Mister Rogers is able to use them as a musical instrument to play Tree Tree Tree and Joy to the World. Moving to the other room, he plays the same notes on the piano.
Mr. McDonald stops by with his tuba on the way to a symphony rehearsal. He demonstrates how a tuba works by playing a few notes and songs for Mister Rogers.
In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri and Daniel Striped Tiger sing Today is a Special Day as they anticipate the arrival of famous archaeologist, Digger Digorum. Upon her arrival, Digger Digorum sings I Am a Digger before checking in with King Friday. The King gives her orders to search the Neighborhood of the Red Monster as Handyman Negri makes a list of digging equipment that Digger will need.
Back at the house, Mister Rogers cleans up the kitchen after playing a few more notes on the bottles. He steps onto the front porch where he can hear the symphony rehearsal taking place nearby.

Cue the Indiana Jones Theme
Not to be a spoiler, but the next episode is far from adventurous. Digger's hunt is pretty anticlimactic.
